Job Summary:

Sunex Stones Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and overseeing the company’s safety policies and procedures. This role requires a proactive approach to health and safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Training: Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on various topics, including emergency response, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe work practices.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, training, inspections, and audits. Prepare and submit necessary reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communication: Foster a culture of safety through regular communication, safety meetings, and promoting awareness among employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,313.38 – ?45,550.50 per month
