• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Identify donors’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Build sustainable relationships and engage donors by taking the extra mile

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Solve problems of donors

• Raise funds over the calls

Job Specification

• Qualification : Graduate in Any stream
• Experience : 0-1 year in customer handling and target based job
• Skill set : Problem solving skills, Good communication skills in Hindi
• Able to work in rotational shifts (09:00 A.M – 06:00 PM) ,(01:00 PM – 10:00 PM) (11:00 A.M – 08:00 PM)
• Local candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹9,569.00 – ₹29,768.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
