Full Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify donors’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage donors by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Solve problems of donors
- Raise funds over the calls
Job Specification
- Qualification : Graduate in Any stream
- Experience : 0-1 year in customer handling and target based job
- Skill set : Problem solving skills, Good communication skills in Hindi
- Able to work in rotational shifts (09:00 A.M – 06:00 PM) ,(01:00 PM – 10:00 PM) (11:00 A.M – 08:00 PM)
- Local candidates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹9,569.00 – ₹29,768.00 per month
