Full Job Description
ü acting as a first point of contact,ü dealing with correspondence and phone calls.ü managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments,ü often controlling access to the manager/executive.ü organizing events and conferences.ü reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.ü Managing company’s common email address & ensuring the communication of emails to concerned persons.ü Sending receipt acknowledgements & reminders on instruction of executive from common email address.ü Preparing & maintaining the minutes of meetings.ü Preparation of email drafts for various day to day matters like corporate introduction, demanding outstanding dues etc.ü Scheduling meetings with executive or outside member & ensuring that no meetings with carried out without specific agenda.ü Preparing or formatting or summarizing of reports.ü Making Travel arrangements for Executive, Member/client.ü Excellent communication skills. –ü Fluency in English is must.ü Excellent Problem solving skills. –ü Ready for working in long working hours. –ü Ready for constant travelling with Director Sir. –ü Daily maintaining CMD sir schedules and give him timely reminders. –Preference should be given to excellent knowledge of computer proficiency (MS office, Excel, power point, other ERP software) and handy on using IT gadgets and sound knowledge of IT. – Work in the corporate framework of the company as directed by the CMDJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payPerformance bonusYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
