· PRODUCT COSTING & PRICING

· UPDATING OF ALL PRICE LISTS IN THE SYSTEM.

· RESPOND TIMELY TO RFO/QUERY MAIL

· GENERATION OF VARIOUS MIS &PERIODIC REPORTS

· BOM UPDATING/REVISION /CORRECTION AS PER REQUIREMENT

· DATA ANALYSIS, COST MANAGEMENT &REDUCTION ,MIS REPORTING

· HANDS ON EXP.MS OFFICE(EXCELLENT IN EXCEL AND POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS

· MACHINING /PRESSURE PART COSTING

· ZERO BASE COSTING KNOWLEDGE

· TECHNO COMMERCIAL

JOB PROCESS

· · Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions

· · Gather proposals, specifications and related documents and liaise with stakeholders in order to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current products

· · Utilise cost methodologies and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data

· · Establish cost estimates of production processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement

· · Assess cost effectiveness of products and track actual costs relative to budget and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs are in line with forecasts

· · Monitor and review data and information to detect or assess problems

· · Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review

· · Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends

· · Prepare cost and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share with others in the business

· · Support all activities in cost estimating and take a proactive approach towards improvements

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

· KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL DATA COLELCTION /DATA ANALYSIS

· ADVANCE EXCEL, KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BASIC ACCOUTING.

· GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, FLUENT IN ENGLISH (VERBAL & WRITTEN )

· ABLE TO WORK WITH SOFTWARE, EMAIL WRITING, TIME MANAGEMENT, FLEXIBILITY.

· COMMODITY PRICE/KNOWLEDGE

· LATEST COMMODITY MARKET TREND

· B.E.MECHANICAL ENGINEER.

· SHOULD HAVE ON JOB EXPERIENCE , FOR ALL THE SKILL SETS MENTIONED

· KEY SKILLS:

· COSTING , ESTIMATION, MS OFFICE, COST REDUCTION , COST CONTROL, MIS REPORTING

· Lead and executed various cost out projects.

· Coordinate with engineering team and production team for product details to generate cost out opportunities.

· Worked on Various components for design and application.

· Estimate the competitive prices as per the customer requirement.

· Involved in analysing, designing and execution part of the production as per customer requirement to achieve measurable output in terms of cost out goals.

· Identify and develop different knowledge nuggets to run data analysis which can be used for other projects.

· Involved in preparing BOM for various products

· Effective use of Microsoft excel.

· PREFERRED FROM AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY
