We are looking for an Customer Support executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process, and will have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
2. Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
3. Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.
4. Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.
