Job Title: Finance and Accounts Executive

Job Overview: As a Finance and Accounts Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting & financial transactions of the company as per regulatory guidelines. Your knowledge should extend to audits, invoices, and budget preparations.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a passion for handling accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, payments, and receivables. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

## Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports.
• Monitor the expenses of the organisation and identify the gaps.
• Assist the team in creating robust product, process and client level costing.
• Asset/Liability monitoring.
• Maintain customer invoicing master records, service contracts and keep track of billing milestones.
• Timely invoicing of customers. Dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients.
• Regular payment follow-ups for due invoices and and coordinate with the sales team as required.
• Assisting preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required.

## Requirements

• Must be an enthusiastic qualified accountant (B.Com (Hons.)
• Good in maths, accounts, and basic knowledge of financial & accounting regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Should possess excellent time management and written communication skills.
• Very strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Past experience as executive accounts and financial software would be helpful.
