Job Description

Designation: Network EngineerLocation: HyderabadQualification: Any Degree / Master’sExperience: 5+ Years*Networking & Windows (Must Have these Experiences)Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day IT Operational activities at each site
• Timely resolution of issues on end point machines and other IT infrastructure and network devices in the respective locations
• Proactively identify potential incidents and recurring issues and provide a permanent resolution of the same
• Install and maintain all IT Infrastructure & network devices including, but not limited to servers, firewalls, switches, routers, printers, servers voice and internet lines, IOT sensors, etc. across the locations
• Maintain latest patch and firmware level for all the IT Infrastructure & network devices managed
• Maintenance and resolution of issues on end user machines including, but not limited to, OS installation & troubleshooting, end point security maintenance such as pushing AD group policies, Anti-virus solutions, DLP, hard disk encryption, printer maintenance, etc.
• Ensure security and availability of all the IT equipment, system and application as per defined SLAs
• Tag all the IT Assets as per organizational practices and maintain the IT Asset Register for respective locations. Share the update IT Asset Register with HO on a periodic basis for consolidation and reconciliation
• Coordinate with HODs and System Admin at Head Office for day-to-day operational activities and adhoc activities coming up as per business requirements
• Coordinate with business teams and vendors for deployment of any new IT products / technology and work with vendors on deployment, integration with current environment and maintenance of the same
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities of all the all-IT Infrastructure & network devices
• Tracking installation of procured IT Devices / maintaining installation reports
• Create & maintain IT Incident Tickets and Services Requests raised by users and share a report of the same to Head Office on a daily basis
