Experiences: 2 Years to 5Years

Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities: –

1. Customer Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Gather relevant information and analyse customer issues to determine the appropriate course of action.

2. Technical Troubleshooting:

• Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of NetApp storage-related problems reported by customers.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams while maintaining ownership of the case and ensuring regular updates to the customer.

3. Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.

4. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with L2 and L3 support teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

5. Professional Development

• Strive to enhance technical skills and expand knowledge of storage technologies to provide better customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
