Job Summary:

The Surgeon is responsible for performing surgical procedures, diagnosing conditions that require surgical intervention, and providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. The role involves collaboration with other medical professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and determine the need for surgical procedures.
• Perform surgeries with precision and adherence to medical protocols.
• Provide pre-operative consultations and post-operative care.
• Monitor patient recovery and manage complications, if any.
• Coordinate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Maintain detailed records of surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and medical regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery processes, and potential risks.
• Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques and technology.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree: MBBS with MS/MD in General Surgery or a specialized surgical field.
• License: Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
• Experience: Minimum 3-10 years of experience in surgical practice.
• Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure.
