Senior Associates in this role get to:

Execute Accounts Payable: handling calls from vendors, vendor reconciliations, research and analysis and query resolution

Be Customer Oriented:handle first level of communications and issues. Contact clients/suppliers and follow-up for issue resolution

Ensure Accuracy: Process credit notes from supplier, Research, analyse and resolve differences and issues

Take ownership: Post journal entries for adjustments. Attend to all internal huddles for process updates. Handle PO exception

Be efficient: manage time and keep track of multiple schedules

Be Proactive: Take initiative to ensure cross training/ self-learning is completed as per the goals assigned

Strenghthen Relationship: develope trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player

Qualifications:

• Capacity to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Pro-active for developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required relevant work experience of 1-5 years (AP)
