Responsibilities
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
· Act as an office manager
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Take minutes during meetings
· Screen and direct communications and distribute correspondence
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
· Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
· Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
· Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.

Requirements and skills
· Work experience as an Executive Assistant,
· Excellent MS Office knowledge
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and software’s)
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Graduation/Post Graduation degree
· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Well-developed organisational skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Presentation skills
· Knowledge of all functional operations will be added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
