Digital Marketing Manager – Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Overall brand & strategy management of the digital and offline presence in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
2. The person should have hands-on experience with online platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and understanding of other emerging online mediums and tools with respect to digital marketing would be preferred.
3. Managing external vendors and creative agencies on day-to-day basis for a planned, process-oriented & timely execution.
4. Online and offline campaign/customer response management. Facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
5. Planning and supporting photography and videography, as and when the brand campaigns demand.
6. Responsible for demand generation, customer acquisition, in-store branding, visual merchandizing and in-store activities during the festive and wedding seasons.
7. Reviewing the reports on a weekly and monthly basis of all the offline and digital activities that are implemented with the agencies and otherwise.
8. Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior and leverage the same via multiple intervention across the consumer journey
9. SMS Marketing – planning and execution.
10. Undertake audience and competitor research
11. Customer database record management.
Qualification and Skillsets required:
1. 5+ years of deep understanding of the marketing world with a strong creative background.
2. High on initiatives and experimentation
3. A curious eye to research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of creating social media content.
4. Strong analytical skills preferred.
5. Avid social media user.
6. Someone with an agency background or retail industry experience (Fashion & Luxury) would be preferred.
7. Strong communication skills – English & Telugu
8. Knowledge of graphic designing, reels creation and other tools for content creation would be a plus.
9. Proactive in approach.
