Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle sales leads.
- Follow-up Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications, addressing their queries, & convincing them to visit the site.
- Interact with clients to determine business requirements
- Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
- Maintain good relationships with customers and promote product uniqueness.
- Explaing commercial & residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes & preferably with experience in the retail sales sector
Skills required:
- Good communication and sales capability with a steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation, and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong Language Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati Experience in Real Estate would be preferred. Ahmedabad-based only.
