As Assistant Manager – Category, you will not just curate catalogues. You will shape how gifting is imagined, sourced, and delivered to thousands of high-value customers across India. You will work at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and partnerships, building a category that people will remember us for.
What You’ll Do
- Curate premium gifting catalogues for every age, price point, and occasion, ensuring they are always relevant and delightful.
- Hunt down unique, high-quality products from top brands, niche labels, and hidden gems in local markets across cities.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams to turn these selections into visually stunning, easy-to-navigate, and conversion-focused catalogues.
- Partner with operations to help them close more deals with spot-on client suggestions.
- Step in to handle user requests directly when a personal touch is needed.
- Build strong partnerships with brands and stores, securing the best discounts, exclusive offers, and fastest delivery timelines to scale the business.
- Spot trends early, whether it is a new designer, product category, or seasonal hit, and keep our catalogue ahead of the curve.
- Own the growth of Crew’s gifting and retail category, from strategy to execution.
