Swiggy Hiring for Assistant Manager – Content at India Full Time

Mandate 2: Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Ensuring all content is free of grammatical errors and is consistent in terms of tonality and style.

– Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, taking briefs from multiple and relevant stakeholders, internal and external

– Translating briefs to the team in a manner that’s easy to understand, guide the team of writers when needed

– Ensuring constant work on the quality front, in terms of standardisation, creating copy banks for different users sets, and overall understanding of the language and the end users

– Creating and participating in hands on copy/content work when needed

– Ensuring the right and consistent collaboration between the copy/content team and the design team

Desired Skills:

– 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, either in an advertising agency or on the brand side.

– A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and write.

– Ability to learn and grow along with the organisation

– Ability to understand that creativity is subjective, it depends heavily upon the end users, and therefore, the ability to treat the most simple lingo as the most creative one

– Ability to understand that design and copy go hand in hand and need collaborative effort
