Job Responsibilities:

• Owns ideation, conceptualization, measurement/tracking & execution of influencer marketing campaigns for Swiggy Instamart
• Works closely with the Marketing team to build impactful and innovative marketing briefs for cross-platform teams & external agencies.
• Work with different teams to gather data necessary to properly track & measure the impact created by these campaigns.
• Be the POC for external agencies to ensure seamless liaison, settlement of commercials, tracking active work streams etc.
• Understand and constantly strive to be updated on the pulse of the consumer and take consumer backward decisions for the brand.
• Constant proactive initiative to identify and execute innovative/out-of-the-box ideas for the brand.
• Use data analytics/data-driven approach to identify/scale high ROI marketing initiatives and sunset low ROI initiatives.

Desired Skills:

• 3 to 5 years work-ex, preferably in consumer tech marketing specifically in influencer marketing
• Proactive mindset, be able to thrive in ambiguity and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience working directly with influencer/digital marketing agencies
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, truly passionate about building a new brand and putting in all it takes to drive its success
