About the Team (Future of Work):-

Post-pandemic when most organisations were deciding their ways of working, Swiggy adopted a customised approach for the organisation. According to that, employees operate in different ways of working — remote, hybrid and all days from the office (internally known as mandates) — more on that here.

What can you expect?

We are looking for someone who shares the same passion as us when it comes to enabling Swiggy work seamlessly in a remote-first environment. Some of the problems that we solve are unique, so we need someone who gets excited about interesting problem statements and has a first principle thinking.

• The employee will need to design, execute and sustain interventions in terms of behavioural change in the way people work.
• They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate BU/Team level customisations, develop innovative strategies, and implement transformative initiatives to enhance the employee experience and organisational priorities when it comes to remote-first ways of working.
• Agile work practices: Champion and implement agile work practices, such as flexible work arrangements, remote work policies, and collaborative digital platforms, to improve productivity and collaboration across teams.
• Data-driven insights: Utilise data analytics and relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of future work initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations not only in one’s own area of responsibility but overall charter as well.
• Change management: Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of future of work initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.

What do you need to have?

• Someone who comes with 3-4 years of experience in the HR domain specifically in OD – Organisation Development, Change Management or Project Management.
• Experience with People and Culture related problem solving.
• Experience with campaigns, branding, and marketing!
• Highly preferred, if they have worked with a remote-first organisation before (not a deal-breaker though).
