Symbiosis Open education Society (SOES), Pune is a Public Trust established in the year 2008. SOES has various educational institutions and a University under its aegis. SOES is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO) at its head office at Model Colony in Pune.

Qualification: CA

Experience:

• 15 years of experience post CA qualification
• Candidates having work experience in an educational institution or Trust shall be preferred. Candidates worked as Director Finance, GM Finance in corporate will also be considered for this position. Experience of working at leadership position is must.
• Shall have experience in handling the mid-sized team

Age: Below 50 years

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of Annual Budget, Consolidation of Accounts of Constituent Institutes, Fund Management, Cost Control, Handling of Income Tax Matters, Statutory and Trust Related Compliances, Preparation and Submission of regular MIS to Management, Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditor, Supervise and Scrutinize Trust Accounts, Devise and Implement Effective Methods of Cost Control, Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis, Day to Day Accounting, Account Operations, Liaison with Bank Authorities, Government Offices, Recommendation on Investment and Procurement Decisions etc.
