Full Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Administrativel Assistant to support our VP Operations and VP Commercial. The role comprises of traditional PA duties, including diary management, travel and organizing the inbox. The role will also provide the opportunity to get involved in additional projects, process coordination/management and high-profile tasks such as organizing internal and external events and group communications.
Given the remit of the group, we are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, whether that is keeping up with the latest technological advances or simply being a user of the latest gadgets.
Responsibilities
Regular catch ups and planning meetings /calls with VP Operations and VP Commercial
Full electronic diary planning and management
Screening and prioritising email, post and general correspondence
Arranging UK and International travel arrangements; this may include organising visas and dealing with last minute changes and/or cancellations, health screenings etc
Project work such as scheduling meetings, managing processes, taking minutes etc
Organising and maintaining group communications
Working closely with the wider EA community, covering holidays as and when needed
Ad hoc duties including research, reporting, refreshments, visits, meeting and greeting visitors
