Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Educate prospects about HostLegends’ hosting services, features, and benefits to match their business needs.
Understand clients’ requirements and tailor solutions to address their unique hosting challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Nurture and build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of new clients.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant sales experience in the web hosting, technology, or related industry.
Strong understanding of web hosting services, domains, servers, and related technical concepts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
