Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls (for US) based clients.
• Identify prospective customers for the incidents requiring legal support.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Write crisp and accurate case notes.
• Submit qualified and genuine leads.
• Maintain quality parameters set.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive
• communication.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of exposure with a contact center.
• Proven experience in outbound sales/collections/retention process.
• Exposure in handling international clients (US / UK / Europe / Australia etc).
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
