Job Role – Accountant
Work- Part-time (Work from home)

Looking for an Accountant. Role will be Part-Time. Mandatory visit to the office once/twice a week to get resolution and updating all the accounts.

The accountant must specialize in particular areas of

• Accounting and Book-keeping

• Compliance

• Including Audit

• Recovery

• Taxation

• Assurance

Typical duties include:

• Generate Invoices for clients via QuickBooks regularly

• Monthly for Retainers

• Weekly for Projects

• Email the respective invoices to each client following the said protocols

• Follow-up on Payments weekly as per the policy

• Query Resolution raised by the client’s finance team

• Maintain statement of accounts for clients/ vendors, maintain payable/receivable, cash flow…

• Prepare, Maintain Accounts in tandem with bank statements, spends, income, salaries, tax returns, vendor payments, bills or other incidental expenses

• Analyse accounts on a weekly basis and submit few important numbers to the Management

• Payable/ Receivable

• Expected Payments

• Urgencies related to finance

• File Taxes as per the dates including GST, TDS, Professional Tax

• Dealing with insolvency cases, payment defaulters

• Handle Registrations such as MSME, or other organisations that will be important

• Handle GST filing along with the CA

• Ensure that all the details are present

• Follow-ups with the clients or vendors or landlords for GST errors if required

• Manage Payroll information for the employees

• Generate Salary Slips for all employees within the stipulated time as per policy

• Manage TDS filings as well as distribution of Form-16 as required by the team

• Maintain Books of Accounts to an upto date order

• Annually work on the balance sheet, P&L and other important annual documents in coordination with the Management*

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
