Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who is excellent with numbers, understands finance and tax regulations with hands on experience on day to day accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and can think outside the box. Successful candidates have to demonstrate that they are self-driven, goal oriented and who can set their own benchmarks.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-5 years

Responsibilities

• To handle Accounts, TDS, GST, Sales Tax, PT Returns etc.

• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

• Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis.

• Preparing sales bills, expense vouchers, posting entries in tally, etc

• Prepare payment Documentation and filing work with the bank, and other departments necessary.

• Collect, analyse and summarize account information.

• Preparing budget and financial forecasts.

• Develop periodic reports for management.

• Preparing documents pertaining to Administration

• Manage and monitor GST refunds/payments.

• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing process.

Qualifications & Requirement

• Atleast 2 years as an Accounts Executive.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Candidate should be very well conversant with Tally ERP9.

• Candidate should be well conversant with rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to sales tax, income tax, TDS, e-TDS, and service tax.

• Experience with statutory compliance
• English fluency (written and oral) is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

• Ability to manage stress and responsibility.
