Job Department: Products Job Title: Senior Tester Job Location: Bangalore, India Syncron is looking for talented QA to join our team in Bangalore, India. You will be working with high performing SaaS scrum teams in a fast paced, collaborative B2B environment. You will help our engineering teams create world class software by contributing to and expanding our testing practices involving automated functional and performance tests. Responsibilities

• Defining test scenarios and strategies for complex backend architectures
• Creating automated tests within different levels (API Testing, Integration, Functional & Performance)
• Assess and Implement latest technologies, new testing approaches and frameworks.
• Learn the domain and eventually become a SME.
• Coordinate with Engineering team to ensure proper definition of stories and coverage.
• Work with Customer Support to understand and analyse issues in the field

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a technical and hands on Tester with a verifiable track record of delivering enterprise projects on time with quality; experience in a SaaS environment would be highly preferred.
• Practical knowledge on Java.
• Skills and experience in setting up a test automation framework.
• Knowledge in the areas of performance/load testing.
• Should have 4-8 years of experience in software testing, automation tools and frameworks.
• Should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Possess good organizational communication skills.
