- Reaching out to existing leads or prospects, connect, convince and close them to join our premium Business growing and scaling programs.
- Resolve all the queries raised by the customers
- Build relationship with clients and up-sell them with the best suitable program.
- Listen to the customer’s need and follow our protocol with integrity to ensure maximum conversions.
- Follow all the standing instructions precisely with integrity
- Update and maintain the customer database
- Send daily reports on all the progress made including the number of outbound calls, follow-up, closing & renewals
- Follow up with accounting to get weekly client renewal data & follow up through with the client to get them done.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
