JD – Technical Content WriterWe are looking for a Technical Content Writer with 0-3 years of experience preferably with IT services/ Web development/ Mobile app development services. You will be a part of the team leading the Sales and Marketing efforts for SynergyLabs Technology Pvt. Ltd. You will write blogs, develop new contents, articles for our website and to public our products and services.Experience:

• Excellent written & communication Skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 1 year work experience into Technical Content Writing.
• Experience into KPO / BPO /IT/ International Call Centre would also be preferred.
• Past experience of writing case studies and blogs for IT Service Company.

Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate with any stream.Job Profile:

• Research industry-related topics (online sources, interviews and case studies).
• Writing a clear marketing Content to promote products/services.
• Pitching interactive content series, articles, and social campaigns.
• Proofreading and Plag-free blog posts before publication.
• Updating website content as needed.
• Preparing well-structured Content.
• Creating content for digital marketing programs and campaigns.
• Coordinating with editors for input and approval.
• Conducting simple keyword research.
• Using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Promoting content on social media platforms.
• Identify customer’s/client needs and demand for content.
• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
• Developing content that helps established brands solve business problems.
• Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and Web pages.
