• Lead the design and architecture of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including functional analysts, developers, and functional teams, to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP BTP solutions.
• Provide guidance on system integrations, data flows, and security considerations within the SAP BTP environment.
• Develop and document solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans for SAP BTP projects.
• Drive the implementation process, including configuring and customizing SAP BTP components to meet business needs.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure optimal utilization of SAP BTP resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BTP implementation, collaborating with relevant teams and vendors when necessary.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP BTP technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Experience / Previous jobs required for the job

• Proven experience as an SAP Solutions Architect, specifically in SAP BTP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP BTP components
• In-depth understanding of SAP BTP architecture, including integration patterns, security models, and data management.
• Proficiency in designing and developing scalable solutions using SAP BTP services and APIs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certifications in relevant areas (eg, SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Cloud Platform) would be a plus.

QualificationsCritical knowledge and education required for the job

• University undergraduate and/or advanced degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Sciences, MBA, or other relevant educational experience.
• Strong Technical background in ERP SAP with 15+ years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years Solution Architecture experience on SAP BTP platform
• Experience with API Design and Development, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and Low-Code platforms would be ideal
• Would be a bonus if you know how Ag business works, what trends are shaping the industry

• Ability to analyze and simplify complex IT requirements, articulate trade-offs resulting in cut-through while maintaining end-to-end design integrity
• Excellence in network building, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to balance and prioritize the IT architecture needs of the now vis a vis a long view and integrating those of the future
• Ability to understand best practices in Technology and how to adapt to the Ag business
