• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Lead engineering team: Collaborate closely with major functions (product, marketing, design, operations) in the company to ensure engineering teams are working on the right things for the right reasons
• Participate on high level decision (tech & business)
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

• Help departments use technology profitably
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• User’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role (CTO/Co-Founder/VP/Director/Principal/Lead – Software Engineer.)
• Knowledge of healthcare systems
• Prior experience in a fast-growing tech environment a plus
• Keen analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach
• Data-driven to the core with a focus on rapid experimentation
• Experience leading teams at high-growth startups.
• Some product management experience
• Eye for detail, and UX/UI
