Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Manual Tester, Experience: 2 – 5 years
- Test management tool – e.g JIRA, Testrail
- good understanding of STLC
- Work under minimum or no supervision
- Analyse functional documents
- Creation of Test strategy
- Test case scenarios
- Defining test data requirements
- Managing test case creation
- Producing Test Scripts
- Raise any test issues
- Periodic review of requirements and test cases
- Prompt reporting of issues
- Escalate any issue that could appear in understanding the functionality of the application
- knowledge of selenium will be a plus point
Requirements
- Proactive and assertive communication and a team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude
- Innovative attitude to adapt & drive positive change in technology transformation
- Ensure growth in agility by showing continuous improvement – quality over quantity
- Experience of independently working in multi-location, multi-vendor/team projects
- Ambitious with a proven history of exceeding goals and achieving high client satisfaction ratings
- Active member of relevant industry communities, interest groups and meetups
- Understanding of social and ethical implications of software engineering
