Systra India’s Infrastructure design vertical is the leading design team for metros in India, with 300 plus stations being designed currently. The team has designed over 500 kms of viaduct along with 60 kms of tunnels and 50 underground stations. We are also very proud to have designed the first monopile in India for the Mumbai Coastal project. We have the distinction of designing the fastest implemented metro project in the country with Lucknow and now have broken the record in Kanpur Metro. Apart from Indian projects the team also provides design services to projects as far as Philippines in the east to Columbia in the West.

CONTEXT

The Role The candidate will design and co-ordinate for the requirements of new constructions, alterations, or model. Main Duties

• Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or model.
• Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.
• Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
• Using CAD software, 3D tools for BIM Modeling, and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
• Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
• Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
• Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
• Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends.
• Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
• Good knowledge of BIM modeling and interface with other discipline.

Experience

• Masters degree in Architecture/Bachelor degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Hands-On experience into Revit Software
