Requirements:

• 2-4 years professional experience in US recruiting or similar role, with a strong background working within both the IT and Non-IT space.
• Ability to meet a minimum performance expectation each week.
• Previous record of strong attendance.
• Ideal candidate is adaptable to change, has a strong desire to succeed, career oriented, open to feedback and has strong attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A Laptop/Desktop computer and reliable Internet is required.

Preferred:

• 1+ year experience with recruiting in a VMS & MSP environment
• Experience using Jobdiva
