About The Team

We are looking for a Business analyst to oversee the organization of data – track, collate, distill and visualize – to enable decision makers take meaningful actions towards solving complex problems. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with (a) world leading experts in AI and AI policy, (b) work with world’s largest multilateral institution to inform critical digital technology policy for developing countries, and (c) gain data and insights on an emerging topic of AI policy in developing countries.

Key Responsibilities
● Work with Executives and Business Analysts to identify Client needs, create business
cases for projects and products and, come up with solutions using AI.
● Perform Gap Analysis on existing Data to determine how machine learning can address these deficiencies / gaps by either developing analytical models from existing data products or extracting insights from unstructured datasets (identify new data sources) on behalf of the Client.
● Develop roadmaps for new and existing Data Products by identifying potential
opportunities, evaluating their feasibility in terms of available resources and, creating
timelines for project implementations and specify deadlines to be met internally.
● Partner with data engineers and data scientists to put together an actionable plan based on insights and metrics gathered. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that there are necessary procedures for executing the plans.
● Participate in DS / ML / AI development process which includes conducting research,
gathering and organizing data, and visualizing findings for decision making
● Become an expert in product-centric and customer-centric requirements to implement
analytical solutions at scale.

What You Bring
● Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Economics, Public Policy
● 1-3 years of Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

● Strong skills in Math, Decision Analysis, Strategic Planning, Critical Thinking, Data and
Product Management.
● Statistics, Probability, Data Visualization, Econometrics
● Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Scala etc.
● Ability to work independently and take ownership.
● Good verbal & written communication skills for coordinating across teams.
● Strong interest and knowledge of variety of deep neural network architectures, and the state of the art data, model, and compute infrastructure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
