We Are Hiring Production Manager For Manufacturing Industry

Education Qualification : BE & Diploma (Mecanical & Electrical)

Experience : 5 to 10 Years in Wiring & Harness Industry as a Production Manager or Assistant Manager (Wiring & Harness)

Required Skills :

• Knowledge of Automobile W/H design with experience in relevant field.
• UGNX Knowledge
• Knowledge of W/H child components standard and application.
• Communication, Negotiation skills (internal & customer)
• Selection of components W/H components as per specifications
• W/H customer drawing awareness
• W/H manufacturing process awareness,DFM.
• Good Communication and presentation skills to update day to day report to management.
• Knowledge of new component development and testing requirements.

Roles & Responsbilities :

• Handling harness development for a customer / project
• W/H drawing prepare / review / approval
• RFQ & ECN handling
• Review Wiring harness child parts and propose / replace as per specifications
• Project delivery adherence to 100% on time
• Engineering change implementation in manufacturing
• DFM review and design optimisation
• Master sample/ Bill of material verification during product Events.
• CFT member for W/H development-ECN activities.
• Manage W/H Proto and Development support as per requirement.
• Manage customer audits and trails feedbacks.
