Candidates having FM experience in managing large commercial building & Hospitals (from GDA & HK perspective) will be preferred. Non Facility Management background candidates should avoid applying.
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Facilities management Operations on multiple sites. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Candidates having FM experience in managing large commercial building & Hospitals (from GDA & HK perspective) will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Include interviewing, selection and hiring for new site transitions; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and reward.
Skills and Specifications:
Post Graduate in any stream or Equivalent Degree/Hotel Management. 12 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management Industry in Property management/ building management/ facility management with multiple client management. Someone who has worked in top Domestic FM organization/IPC at a Senior Managerial position, involving Facilities/Property Operations & Administration/Projects/Engineering Maintenance/Resource Management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures of Facility Management & Housekeeping aspect of the building along with the soft services part. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others.
