Talent Acquisition at Ahmedabad Full Time

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Contacting the maximum number of candidates via making calls, emails etc.
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining
• Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
• Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
• Involve in activities in overall every department as an when required
