Roles and Responsibilities TalentAhead is award-winning/ top recruitment partner for the biggest brands in Ecommerce/IT/TELECOM/AUTOMOBILE/ MANUFACTURING/ENGINEERING/ FINANCE and more, for the last 20years.Location: NoidaExperience required:2 to 8 yrs.Responsibilities:Design and implement an overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/job portal/mass emails etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates resume and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processHandling middle & Sr. level of Recruitment by searching, sourcing, Head-hunting, cold calling for various sectors e.g. Ecommerce/TELECOM/AUTOMOBILE/MANUFACTURING/ENGINEERING.Set critical success factors/performance measurements.Test the balance and alignment of measures; track performance of input and output measures; review and measure objectives/processes against targets.Client interaction, Regular follow up, Team leading skillsIdentify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with existing key clients so as to bring in regular and new businesses also to increase our corporate presence and brandingUnderstanding JDs, sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations, etc.Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & Strong decision-making skills
