THE ROLE
Here at Talent Inc., our business is growing very fast, and with that, we need the manpower to back it up! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers.
The Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) team is the backbone of Talent Inc’s success.
As a FCC Associate, you will be interfacing directly with our customers and experts via telephone and email to generate the best possible experience for Talent Inc’s customers. You’ll work with other team members in India and other parts of the world.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Inc’s service standards
Stay abreast of departmental updates
Assist customers and experts with inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses through a variety of platforms (including over the phone and through email)
Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions
Effective communication with co-workers
THE MUST-HAVES
High speed internet access, a quiet workstation
Ability to work in:
US hours : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST
Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers’ needs
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
An infectiously positive demeanor
The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats
THE NICE-TO-HAVES
2-3 years’ experience in a customer support/client service role
Bachelor’s degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset, but not required
