Client Representative / Senior Recruiter Full Desk Permanent Placement (Remote)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Business Development: Identify companies online through job posts that are seeking professionals and contact them by cold calling, asking for referrals, social media offering our services. Gain signed agreements to begin working on sourcing candidates for the company and filling their needs with candidates.
• Recruitment: Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc. In addition you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of recent experience of recruiting
• 2+ years of recent client business development = Identifying new clients to work with, negotiate pricing, sending and receiving service agreements and opening jobs.
• Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
• Hours will be 8am – 5pm MST

Required:

• Successful outbound business development
• Setting 15 prospect meetings a week through your outreach
• High Volume outbound calling environment experience
• Expertise in using LinkedIn and email to develop prospects

Monthly Sales Commissions Based on Performance Averages:

– Below Average: $1,000 USD/Month

– Average: $2,000 USD/Month

– Above Average: $3,500 USD/Month

– High Performers: $7,800 USD/Month

– Top 5%: $12,000 USD/Month

Pay: ₹82,697.00 – ₹99,999.00 per month
