This senior position will be responsible for ensuring that all contracting and procurement matters for various sourcing of the WTG, BOP works (including Civil, Electrical and other works), crane, transportation, 3rd party consultant etc required for development of Wind Power Project are cost competitive and in accordance with the project requirements and defined business processes. Also ensuring required support to the other stakeholders to ensure that the Project gets commissioned on time to protect the return under the Project.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
- Education: A CA/ MBA+ BE in contracting & negotiation/ supply chain management/ operations will be an added advantage, besides the graduation from the reputed university.
- Heading – wind project contracts / negotiation (at least 5-7 years) of relevant experience for large projects , besides the overall experience of 20-25 years post-qualification work experience, preference for profile worked with OEMs / IPP ( with having handled multiple OEM/ BOP ) in the similar role and profile
- Proactive and results driven professional
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation experience, ability to keep calm in difficult situations
- Ability to reach to decision makers in OEM & BOP ( top level team i.e. owners / CEOs/ Director )
- Ability to think beyond boundaries / obvious
