1. Setting up guidelines for maintainability, scalability, and security of the codebase
2. Handling DevOps tasks to manage the app in production
3. Setting up testing/code review guidelines in the team
4. Laying out the technology architecture for both immediate and long term
5. Developing and managing the entire front end and back end operations of the products
6. Writing and implementing efficient code with test-driven development
7. Developing quality assurance procedures
