Infrastructure Management Office , Store & IT, HouseKeeping

* Implementation & Maintenance of the Best Office practices within the given budget.
* Timely Inventory Management of all the office supplies, Procurement of IT Hardware Products & Services in coordination with IT Vendors

* Managing Housekeeping Staff & Ensure Eco-Friendly Waste Management practices
* Ensuring Asset Management & Data Management, Store Management.

Legal Assistance

*Ensuring compliances as per Shops and Establishment Act. Registration & Upkeep with Govt, BMC, Tax department, Reliance, DOI, Registrar office, Society.

Vendor Management

* Tracking and timely processing of vendor bills within given time period to ensure continuity of services
* Vendor performance assessment and Introduction of at least 6 new vendors each quarter
*Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.

Logistic, Transport & Hotel Management

* Bring in cost saving and cost control initiatives.
* Seamless arrangements within timelines and prescribed budget

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
