Job Description

Responsibilities
? Managing Sales of Residential units as well as Commercial Sales.
? Planning sales & marketing strategies and & achieving targets for self.
? Managing customer, vendor and affiliate relationships.
? Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists. Participating in client meetings and
corporate
Events.
? Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings,
telephone calls
And emails.
? Visiting potential customers for new business and strategically mapping the market
achieving
Goals.
? Working on the latest sales software of the company.
? Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
? Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying
trends.
? Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
? Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your manager.
? Identify new markets and business opportunities.
? Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
? Achieving continuously Sales Targets for self & for team if team leader.
? Develop effective training programs for subordinate staff.
Requirements
? Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
? Proficiency in English
? Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
? Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
? Fast learner and passion for sales
? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach? Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
