An Introduction to Vivre Panels:

We would like to introduce ourselves as a 30 year old family-managed enterprise in the largely unorganized sector of building materials (particularly, plywood & allied products). Over the past year, we have expanded into designer architectural panels / cladding materials. Now we’re looking to expand our business intelligence team with someone obsessed with structuring data & a passion for numbers. Key responsibilities:

• Manual data entry (text / numbers) in terms of sales interactions / marketing reports – Excel expertise a must V Look Up / H Look Up
• Perform data analysis for generating reports & provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
• Responsible for Developing, Analyzing and Delivering key MIS reports on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis as needed by the management
• Copywriting / Letter writing / Email writing as and when required: strong communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent
• Experience with using reporting systems (MIS / Excel-based / ERP)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL / Datamining skills a big bonus
• Ownership of the work: Must perform duties with moderate to low supervision
• Knowledge of Written / Spoken English a must

Note: The candidate will be required to work from our office in Sector-5, Salt Lake, Kolkata. This is not a remote job.

Salaary & Compensation: as per candidate profile. We are looking for someone to join long term in a growth-oriented role. This is not for someone looking for a steady 9 to 5. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the work and seek a position of more responsiblity in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
