Hybrid Model- Monday to Friday (3 Days- Work From Office, 2 Days- Work From Home)

Location– Koramangala, Bangalore, 560095

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings in the IT department.
• Communicate with multiple vendors to ensure unrestricted flow of resumes.
• Screen and source resumes from multiple job portals.
• Conduct interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Schedule interviews for candidates with IT Managers and Senior Management.
• Ensuring candidate data and trackers are kept updated.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Ability to achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
