Generalist HR
Location : Bangalore
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 Years’ Experience with proven working experience as HR generalist/HR Executive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Assertive and calm in handling pressure situations.
Good planning and organizing capability
Attention to details and result oriented
Fair knowledge on Excel and other MS Applications
Open to learning and is a self-starter and should be able to function in an unstructured environment
Should be able to work within a team environment
Roles and responsibilities
Provide People services throughout the employee’s lifecycle which includes but not limited to: Onboarding/Off-boarding,
Document verification and Background check for new recruits
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Co-ordination for Bank accounts, Health Insurance, Leave Maintenance
Partner with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
Partner with the finance & benefits team to administer payroll & benefits
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Help organize training & development initiatives
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Assist the HRM in successfully carrying out the annual employee performance reviews/appraisal
organizing team building activities/ Employee Welfare activities
