Major Activities: –

Customer co-ordination for Order related activity.

Deeper understanding and knowledge of mobility Voice/SMS/Data.

Configuration and Management for Provisioning of Customer & Suppliers.

Basic understanding of 2G/3G/4G/LTE signaling, call flows

Should have knowledge on configuration management for Packet core,IN, OCS, HLR/HSS.

Should have knowledge of cisco and Juniper firewall configurations

Change management handling for Customer delivery as well as assurance/ commercial/billing issues

Provide inputs to supervisor on provisioning issues to be discussed with the Service Assurance teams.

Should be a team player and enjoys working within and CFT teams.

Broad outline of the Role

a) Requisite Skills: Technical :
of 2G/3G/4G/LTE signaling Signaling/ Flows

,basic Networking knowledge for router and switches.

Understanding of API based development in IT tools

Knowledge of programming/scripting in Java/Python

OSS/BSS Tools-Cramer, REPC, BPM.

Understanding of enterprise customer model.

Program management for customer delivery

Graduate degree- BE/BTech in Electronics and Communication. Preference will be given to people with networking and API working knowledge/certification/experience. with 4 to 5 years of exp
