Generalist HR

Location : Bangalore

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience with proven working experience as HR generalist/HR Executive

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

• Assertive and calm in handling pressure situations.

• Good planning and organizing capability

• Attention to details and result oriented

• Fair knowledge on Excel and other MS Applications

• Open to learning and is a self-starter and should be able to function in an unstructured environment

• Should be able to work within a team environment

  Roles and responsibilities

• Provide People services throughout the employee’s lifecycle which includes but not limited to: Onboarding/Off-boarding,

• Document verification and Background check for new recruits

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

• Co-ordination for Bank accounts, Health Insurance, Leave Maintenance

• Partner with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business

• Partner with the finance & benefits team to administer payroll & benefits

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Help organize training & development initiatives

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

• Assist the HRM in successfully carrying out the annual employee performance reviews/appraisal

• organizing team building activities/ Employee Welfare activities
