As aLead InventorySpecialist, you will support management of inventory across all nodes in the field distribution network. You will regularly interact with partners of various levels in the network to answer questions related to reporting and ensure the Tools & reports are updated and available for use by the Field team in order to carry out daily/ weekly tasks.

As Target transforms its Supply Chain you will drive enhancements of Tools/Reports by building relevant system knowledge and supporting Company Initiatives and business requirements. You will interact with a broad set of stakeholders across the supply chain organization by providing input to enhancements in support of supply chain modernization efforts and bring closure to assigned projects. In this role, you will also control access to legacy building Tools for the entire organization.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with SQL, VBA, and Microsoft Access

• Experience supporting multiple, complex initiatives at one time

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong initiative

• Ability to challenge the status quo and make recommendations for improvement

• Enjoys detailed work and communicating updates to various levels of leaders

• Strong reasoning, analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills

• Communicates effectively with partners across multiple pyramids to influence, educate, and drive accountability

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in Supply chain environment.
