Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you
tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in
charge of
Employee or Labor Relations.
As a People First Advocate, you will do NTE review and validation, you will conduct the initial
investigation and administrative hearing, and you will do the recommendation for the decision.
With
this, you must ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct. You will
also
handle labour-related cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy. You will
handle
performance management and employee engagement. Under this, you must improve, propose,
and
implement employee engagement activities. You will also act as the advisor to the stakeholders
for
all people-related issues/concerns.
