What will you do –

● Write, review, and proofread diagnostic content and medical articles for accuracy and clarity.

● Ensure all content follows medical guidelines, brand voice, and regulatory standards.

● Fact-check lab test details, scientific terms, and clinical references for correctness

● Work with a team of lab experts to verify medical information

● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like marketing, category, etc, to create consumable and accessible lab-focused health content

● Develop and maintain content templates, style guides, and SOPs for consistency

● Mentor and guide a team of medical writers to enhance content quality and ensure precision in

deliverables

● Manage deadlines and prioritize content projects for timely delivery

● Stay updated on new lab technologies, diagnostic trends, and industry practices

● Optimize content for better readability and search visibility (SEO) across search engines

What we are looking for

Education:

● MDS in Oral Pathology

● PhD in Lab Sciences (Pathology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology)

● BDS with lab diagnostics experience

● MSc Medical Lab Technology

Must-Have Experience:

● 2-3 years in diagnostics/lab medicine, medical writing

● In-depth understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic ecosystems

● Strong medical terminology knowledge

● Team mentoring experience

Technical Skills:

● CMS familiarity

● Basic SEO knowledge for healthcare content

● AI/digital content experience (preferred)

Soft Skills:

● Exceptional attention to detail

● Deadline-driven project management

● Cross-functional collaboration ability

● Strong communication skills
